Contingency Search Service Contingency search fees are based on a percentage of the projected first year’s compensation. A fee is due when a candidate is hired that we submitted for your position. We do not accept fees from candidates. M. J. EGY & Associates prides ourselves on the fact that we never submit a resume without speaking to the candidate first. We interview every candidate submitted around your job specifications. If the there is a match and the candidate is interested in your company, position and location, we will submit them. This eliminates false starts for your recruitment efforts. We work as a partner with our Client Companies to develop a clear understanding of the position. If a job description is not available, we will develop one with you to insure our search efforts match your needs. We thoroughly screen all applicants to insure the candidate meets or exceeds the positions technical and interpersonal requirements. We gather salary information so you can evaluate the market value of the position as well as relocation differential. You can rest assured that when a candidate is submitted by M. J. EGY & Associates, they are interested in the position. Beware of agencies that blast resumes or send resumes without qualifying the candidate!
